Returns/Claims

Dejavushop offers you to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, as well as to make a complaint. Items must be in the same condition as when you bought them, and still have their labels. Once we have processed your return/complaint, we will refund the value of the item.

How long does it take before I receive a refund for my return/complaint?

We refund returns and complaints that are sent back to us no later than 14 days after receiving the package at our warehouse, but it is usually faster than that. When we have processed your return/complaint and refunded you, you will receive a confirmation email.

It may take up to 5 banking days for the refund to reach you. If you have not received your refund within 30 days of receiving your package, you must contact customer service via email, chat or phone.

How will I be refunded?

Your refund will be made using the same payment method you used to purchase your order.

Take your time and pack everything carefully. Remove old labels and barcodes from the shipping box.

Fill out the return form

Fill out the return form and place it in the shipping box.

Unable to print the return form? Please enclose an informal letter instead.

Please print the return label and attach it to the outside of the package.

Take the package to the post office

We will confirm the successful processing of your return via email.

The refund will be directed to the payment method used for the purchase.
